Palo Santo means "holy wood" and has been used as a deeply aromatic incense by the Incas and people of the Andes for centuries. Its purpose is to purify and cleanse, and to get rid of evil spirits and influences. Bag contains 1 pound of sticks, approximately 70 sticks. Each stick is about 4 inches long and half an inch wide. Source country: Peru. Sustainably harvested from fallen trees, with a new tree planted for each one harvested.
